- Infared Thermography is simply the best!
The most effective proven predictive maintenance (PM) technology available to quickly, accurately and safely locate problems prior to failure is infared thermography. In June 2001, Maintenance Technology magazine reported a $4 return on investment for every $1 spent on infared inspection.
- Home Inspections
Infared images will display potential problems pertaining to insulation, cold air infiltration, air quality, moisture damage and mold as well as the performance of your windows and doors. Detailed images also display the construction framing of your home.
- Commercial Building Inspections
Commercial inspections include properties such as apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, convenience stores, warehouses and factories. Inspections can include diagnosing exterior walls for missing or settled insulation, moisture and mold detection, and heating and cooling system analysis and are designed to meet a client's specific needs.
- Energy Surveys
With soaring heating costs, make sure your furnace is not heating the outdoors. Infared images can pinpoint exact areas of heat loss for immediate repair.
- Electrical Inspections
Our thermo Imaging Report is clear and thorough and provides information on fuses, breakers, transformers and other electrical components. Weaknesses can be detected and repaired preventing catastrophic failure, destroyed equipment and lost production and fires.
- Mechanical Inspections
A Thermo Imaging inspection can reduce repair costs substantially, extend equipment life and avert mechanical failures. It can be used to monitor motors, pumps, bearings and insulated lines and should be scheduled regularly as a preventive maitenance program.
- Roof Inspections
Regularly scheduled roof inspections will allow you to find moisture damage and leaks before they become apparent. The degreee of damage can be determined so that repair priorities can be set. This is the most cost-effective approach to roof maintenance.
The purple area of the photo indicates that the low slope roof has failed and allowed water into the home. No interior stains were visible during the inspection. The thermo camera detected the water entry into the home.
The blue area of this photo indicates lack of insulation in the corners of the ceiling.
